We heard from many supporters of the LD community across the country that early October coincides with the demanding start of the school year, making it difficult to fully engage in a conference.

To better support our community of educators, professionals, and advocates, the Learning Disabilities Association of Canada is moving its virtual conference to Saturday, November 22, 2025.

We hope this new date will give you additional time to plan your professional learning and ensure you can participate in this important event.

As a thank you for your continued support, we’re also extending Early Bird pricing until Monday, November 4, 2025, giving you more time to secure the lowest registration rate.

We all want to support struggling kids, but making that happen in a coordinated way across environments can be complicated.  Parents, teachers, and others may come to the situation with different perspectives, different levels of knowledge, and different priorities.

Fostering communication and collaboration between the school and home is one of the best ways to support all young people, but particularly those facing the challenges of Learning Disabilities.  In this workshop we will look at some of the best practices that can help to establish supportive relationships and a consistent response so that young people can thrive.
